By collaborating with aligned practitioners, educators, musicians, and artists, we offer tailored experiences - such as yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, sound healing, and culinary arts - for schools, organizations, families, and communities. Operating on the belief that human connection deserves to be designed with the same intentionality we’ve given technology, our work empowers individuals to pause, regulate, and nurture their innate expression rather than pushing through the noise. Ultimately, by investing in emotional regulation and belonging, Love Energy creates a ripple effect that transforms families, classrooms, and leadership for generations to come.

The Love Energy process begins with the Energy Map - a human-centered, ethnographic discovery designed to uncover your organization's true emotional landscape and illuminate its best path forward. This starts with a deep-dive interview with stakeholders to uncover where people feel disconnected, overstimulated, or unseen. By evaluating what staff, teams, or communities are actually carrying, Love Energy translates these insights into a custom, written strategic brief that outlines key cultural themes, unmet needs, and a clear design direction. This diagnostic roadmap equips leadership with actionable recommendations - ranging from custom grounding experiences to ongoing facilitation partnerships - ensuring every future initiative is intentionally aligned, restorative, and built specifically for the people it serves.
The Energy Map is something you can implement on your own, or if you’d like to move forward with a Love Energy Experience, your Energy Map payment will be applied toward the total cost.

Meet Kaye
Our Founder Kaye Gentle-Thorne is a former Chief of Staff with a background in Organizational Psychology who created Love Energy to transform burnout and emotional disconnection into spaces of deep, intentional human connection that moves humanity forward.
Pop-Ups
Pop-Ups are Love Energy experiences open to the public, created for the community. These are designed as accessible moments of pause, connection, creativity, and restoration, taking place in parks, libraries, schools, wellness spaces, community centers, and gardens.
