Welcome

Every chapter of my life has brought me to this moment of sharing this work with the world. A New Yorker with Jamaican roots, raised in Queens, I am shaped by thirty years of experience moving through film production, global education, private aviation, and serving as Chief of Staff at a leading macroeconomic research firm. Holding a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication and a Master’s in Interpersonal Communication with a concentration in Organizational Psychology, I spent decades managing high-stakes complexity while studying how human beings communicate, build trust, and carry emotional weight. Leaving corporate America was not only a career transition; it was a conscious, post-burnout decision to pivot from financial markets to a far more vital investment thesis: our children and our shared humanity.

Throughout my career and life, my greatest gift has always been the ability to feel the temperature of a room, sense what is unspoken, and translate emotional chaos into grounded, intentional structure. I searched for years for safe, restorative spaces where my daughters and son could regulate, express themselves, and feel truly seen - and couldn't find them. So I built Love Energy. Rooted in human-centered design, ethnographic research, and emotional intelligence, my approach acts as a "doctor of culture." I read the emotional landscape of schools, corporations, and communities to design bespoke, restorative experiences that allow people to pause the outside world and return to themselves.

Since entering my 40’s, the decade of clarity, I know my purpose is to show up as love and reflect people’s greatness back to them. Love Energy exists because human connection deserves the same level of intentionality we have long devoted to technology. We are not just hosting events or writing strategic blueprints; we are cultivating an ecosystem of presence, empathy, and belonging across generations. Whether I am curating a corporate reset, a school grounding session, or a community gathering, my work ensures that every person feels considered, valued, and alive to their own inner guidance long after they leave the room.

With Love,

Kaye Gentle-Thorne

“Kaye is an excellent teacher, very well spoken, patient and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to work with in the office. Aside from her day to day responsibilities she also coordinated all of the teams’ group activities recognizing the importance of team building. Lastly, I must say that she is probably the most organized individual that I have ever worked with and to this day I still strive to reach her excellence.”

“Every successful company has someone working behind the scenes who makes success possible, and for us, that was Kaye. As Chief of Staff, she was the operational backbone, trusted advisor, and calming force who kept leadership aligned, teams connected, and the business running seamlessly. Her ability to lead with both strategic vision and genuine care is incredibly rare, and any organization would be fortunate to have.”

“Kaye is one-of-a-kind.  Her attention to the smallest details and focus on the “wow” moments on our tours set her apart. She is truly a people person and is passionate about making the tour experience incredible for all involved. Her enthusiasm, determination to get the details just right, and customer-centric focus infuse her every decision.”
